After receiving your initial brief, your travel designer will typically present a first itinerary within 3–5 business days. More complex or multi-destination journeys may take a little longer. We always work to your timeline.
Yes — as many times as you need. We refine the itinerary through as many rounds of feedback as it takes until you are completely satisfied. Only then do we proceed to booking.
Absolutely. We design wonderful journeys for solo travellers every day — including single-supplement management, solo-friendly accommodation, and small-group experiences where you can meet like-minded travellers.
Yes. We provide comprehensive visa guidance for all destinations and can advise on the full application process. For certain destinations, we can also assist with visa support letters and documentation.
Yes. We can work with hotels you have in mind, or we can recommend properties based on your style, budget, and location preferences. You have full visibility and approval over every property in your itinerary.
Every element — flights, hotels, transfers, activities, dining, pacing, and routing — is fully customizable. If you want something specific, tell us. If it exists, we will find it.
We design journeys of all lengths. However, we find that a minimum of 7 nights allows us to create something truly meaningful. Shorter getaways can absolutely be designed — just let us know what you have in mind.
Life happens. We will do everything we can to modify or reschedule your journey. Changes are handled case by case depending on supplier terms. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
